Shipping
We serve the lower U.S. 48 states for certain products we offer. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your item(s). Shipping date estimates may appear for purchases on special order items. Most in stock items will ship out within 5 to 10 business days from order date.
The shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Shipping carrier is subject to change after an order is placed.
Returns Policy
Based on our authorization, you may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund less a 25% handling fee. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error if we are notified within 5 days of you receiving your order.
Approved returns, you should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Approved returns, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
NOTE: under no circumstances will we accept any merchandise returned without prior authorization.
Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to the sender at their expense.
Shortages / Damages:
Each shipment is carefully counted and inspected before leaving the warehouse. Please inspect each shipment on receipt of merchandise, noting any discrepancy on the freight bill at time of delivery. Discrepancies or damages, which occur in transit, are the carriers responsibility and a claim should be filed immediately with the carrier. Claims for shortages must be filed with Let's GO Bike and Fitness LLC within (3) days from the time the shipment is received. A Return Authorization must be obtained before returning any product(s).
